After retiring from the world of Formula 1 – although he did make a guest appearance for McLaren at this year’s Monaco Grand Prix – Jenson Button is taking the opportunity to get involved in some less risky pursuits.
The former F1 world champion has linked up with luxury jewellery designer Parham Ramezani for his Legacy Collection which was launched at a glitzy event at the REN Ballroom at the Shangri La Hotel at The Shard in London where guests were treated to a champagne reception and a live chef performance using fresh sushi.
As an ambassador of the brand, Button was delighted to be involved. “What a great night with an even greater future ahead for the brand,” he said, while Ramezani added: “We are really delighted by the amazing response to the Legacy Collection both here in London and at our previous event in at the Monaco Grand Prix.”
